The process

Five steps. One accountable team.

First-time applicants typically receive an issued bond within 5–7 working days once documentation is complete.
01

Submit an enquiry

Day 1

Share the bond amount, tenure, type and project details. We review the requirement and respond within 24 business hours with an indicative premium and document checklist.

You receive an assigned relationship manager and a checklist specific to your bond type.

02

Document collection

Day 1–2

Share financial statements, the contract or tender copy, company documents and corporate credit details through the agreed secure channel.

Documents are checked as they arrive so gaps are resolved early.

03

Underwriter review

Day 2–5

The insurer assesses your credit strength, financials, project history and management experience - the credibility-based underwriting that replaces collateral.

For large or complex bonds, we coordinate any additional information directly with you.

04

Bond issuance

Day 5–7

On approval, the bond is issued digitally and, where required, in physical stamped format, ready to submit to the obligee.

We also coordinate insurer confirmations when the project authority requires one.

05

Ongoing support

Ongoing

Your relationship manager stays available for renewals, amendments, obligee questions and claims guidance throughout the bond's life.

Renewal dates are tracked proactively to avoid compliance gaps.
